Sleep on side

If you sleep on your side, you’ll need a pillow that fills the gap by the neck and shoulder line. When the pillow supports the head correctly, the spine stays straight and there is no tension in the neck. The height and softness of a suitable pillow is affected by the width of the sleeper's shoulders. A medium-high pillow is often suitable for narrow shoulders, and a high pillow for wider shoulders.
